Warpify Robotics Completes Pre-A Financing Round with Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund
Warpify's first institutional financing will support global market development, commercialization and the operating infrastructure required to turn robot capabilities into dependable work.

SHENZHEN, China — August 6, 2026 — Warpify Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the parent company of Warpify Robotics, today announced the completion of a Pre-A financing round with investment from Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund. According to the company, the transaction represents Warpify's first institutional financing.
The company has not disclosed the amount or valuation of the financing.
Building the operating infrastructure behind productive robotics
Warpify Robotics helps businesses and local robotics partners turn a defined work scenario into an operable robotics solution. The company starts with the work to be performed and the environment in which it must happen, then helps structure the robot and payload, software and integration scope, site readiness, deployment plan, service responsibilities and commercial model.
This workflow-first approach reflects a practical reality of robotics adoption: capable hardware alone does not create sustained productivity. A robotics solution also needs clear operating ownership, reliable interfaces, exception handling, local support and a way to measure whether the work is being completed as intended.
Warpify is therefore not positioned as a single robot manufacturer or a generic hardware catalogue. It connects suitable robot capabilities with the commercial, deployment and lifecycle systems required for real operations. For end users, this means starting with the task and site rather than selecting a machine in isolation. For integrators, distributors and local service operators, it means a framework for turning customer opportunities and field-service capability into repeatable robotics delivery.
Financing to strengthen global commercialization
Warpify plans to direct the new financing toward global market development, commercialization capability and continued product development. This includes building relationships with robotics companies, industrial customers, integrators, distributors and local service partners in international markets.
The company will also continue developing the methods and systems that support a robotics project across its lifecycle: workflow assessment, solution configuration, deployment planning, partner coordination, service readiness and ongoing operations. The objective is to help more robot capabilities move beyond demonstrations and isolated equipment sales into useful, supportable work.
Institutional backing for Warpify's next stage
Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund is an institutional investor connected to Zhongguancun, one of China's longest-established technology and innovation ecosystems. Its investment provides Warpify Robotics with institutional backing as the company advances global commercialization, partner development and continued product development.
Warpify's next stage
Following the financing, Warpify will focus on making its delivery model more repeatable across markets while preserving the project-specific assessment required for real robotics work. The company plans to strengthen solution development, partner enablement, commercial coordination and the operating support needed after deployment.
As artificial intelligence moves further into the physical world, Warpify's role is to help translate advancing robot capabilities into defined workflows, accountable delivery and measurable operating value. The Pre-A financing provides institutional support for the company to build that role at a broader international scale.
